In one of his many magazine interviews, Marc Jacobs recently stated that he is "tired of seeing young girls wearing black and studs," As well am I, sir. "It's not such an individual expression," says Jacobs.
So what is? Marc's designs are consistently innovative and eclectic. -(my favorite words)- Year after year, we are amazed by his solo projects and his collaborations, each one bringing a refreshing viewpoint to women's and men's fashion. His fans revere his ideas, and when I watch his shows and see the development of his brand, I want to emulate what he brings to the catwalk. My heart says it's possible. Only time will tell.
