Not to long ago,
I wrote a short little bit about Bethann Hardison, How she is determined to make it known to the human race, that there should and will be more african american faces in the fashion industry.
She is making her mark, I appreciate every second of it.
I must reiterate that once upon a time, I sat down and got to experience this womans ideas, her conclusions, suggestions, and it has deeply had an impact on who I am today.
These interviews that she has put together, to introduce the newest faces of the fashion industry are fabulous.
This morning, I woke up simply looking for ideas, to put something cute on.
She motivates me.
I am ambitious and determined to fulfill my own ideas, make my own suggestions, and have my foot in the door for the fashion industry.

sOooO in fashion, we know, they're are many stereotypes. I came across this ad and thought to myself, 'she is not your average, everyday, runway model." Could it be that since these past couple of years, fashion has been opening its mind to a lot more, than the american perspective. That is in reference to what a model should look like?
Quite Frankly,
I think its possible for her to be just a bit more meaty in the bones,
valumptious in the face,
international, african-american, specifically.
I want to be apart of this change! Somehow????
Fashion, writing, styling, I want to make an impact.

TO ME.

I've had my moment.
I've done something im very proud of, now the next step is to only go further.
I think that my constant ambition and influence around me will only motivate me more to have something that holds dear in my heart, that is, FASHION!

I think that this experience of having this fashion show, has inspired me more than the magazines that I read or the fashion shows that I watch because in truth, Im capable of doing everything on my own. There is always space and time to get educated.
